Put the Glow and Life Back into your skin!
With time, your skin will begin to work less efficiently and will require more time to eliminate the dead skin cells. Your complexion will become dull and small imperfections may begin to appear. It could be related to environmental changes, allergies, sun damage, even stress — or it could just be because you’re ageing. Removing your makeup alone is not enough to fight against the ageing facial skin.
This is why we created gentle exfoliating scrubs that remove all dry, dull cells and reveal the softer, smoother skin underneath giving immediate radiance by restoring your skin to its former glory!
Exfoliating also helps targeted treatments and moisturisers to better penetrate the skin during the treatment.
It is without doubt one of the best and most important steps you can take for your skin!

The world chemical evokes all kinds of nightmares these days, but chemical exfoliants are good for your skin. There are two types: alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) and Beta Hydroxy Acids (BHAs). These acids work by dissolving the “glue” that holds your skin cells together, thus allowing them to slough off. All you have to do is apply them all over your face, and let them work their magic. Although you can’t see it happen, your skin will be exfoliated, and a lot more evenly too!
Our Exfoliating Tips
Avoid abrasive scrubs
Avoid using products with apricot kernels, sand, seashells or sugar, to name a few – to manually remove dead skin cells from the surface of the skin. They aren’t often as gentle as skincare brands would have us believe. These particles can have rough, uneven edges that can scratch your skin, causing small tears that aren’t always visible to the naked eye. Apricot kernels are the worst offenders. Stay away from them!
Exfoliate in the morning
When exfoliating at home, it’s best to do so before applying any other products eg. moisturizer, anti-aging treatments, sunscreen or makeup. This will prepare for your skin to accept the other products and use them more efficiently.
Do not over exfoliate
Over exfoliating can lead to dehydration and make the skin more sensitive, irritated, and can cause accelerated aging and UV damage. Most people only need to exfoliate their skin a 2-3 times a week. If you prefer to exfoliate more often, use a mild exfoliant that is designed to be used daily.
